Applicable Scope

If the received electronic components have quality issues, such as physical damage or performance non-compliance, you can apply for a return and refund within 7 days from the date of receipt.

For returns not due to quality issues, the products must be unused, with intact packaging and not affecting resale. Returns can be processed according to the procedure within the specified time limit.

Application Process

Log in to the website, go to the "My Orders" page, find the order to be returned, and click "Apply for Return and Refund."

Select the return reason as prompted by the system, upload photos of product issues (if there are quality issues), fill in the return description, and submit the application.

After the application is submitted, wait for customer service review. If approved, you will receive the return address and relevant instructions. If not approved, the customer service will explain the reason.

Refund Processing

After receiving the returned product and confirming it is correct, the refund will be completed within 7 working days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment account. For example, if you paid with a credit card, it will be returned to the credit card; if you paid with Alipay, it will be returned to the Alipay account. The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment institution.
