Regular Orders: For orders with successful payment and in-stock items, we will complete the shipping process within 1 - 3 business days. You can log in to our website and check the shipping progress in "My Orders".

Pre-order Item Orders: If you purchase pre-order items, the shipping time will be based on the estimated arrival time indicated on the product page. Generally, we will arrange shipping within 1 - 2 business days after the item arrives and update the order status in a timely manner.

Special Circumstances: In case of force majeure factors such as legal holidays, extreme weather, or system failures, the shipping time may be delayed. We will do our best to minimize the impact and notify you via SMS, email, or in-site message.
